Our new listing offers the much requested addition of shape charms! Add a personalized, professional touch to your work badge with a custom 3D acrylic Badge Buddy. Handmade in my home studio in Pennsylvania, each badge buddy is uniquely crafted just for you. With multiple size, color, and charm options, you can mix and match to fit your role, unique style, and badge setup.
Product Details:
– Made from layered 1/8" acrylic with raised 3D lettering
– Includes your choice of one decorative charm shape (will be the same color as your text)
– Multiple sizes available. Please measure your badge and consider how it attaches before ordering
– Choose from a wide variety of colors for both the body/backer and text to match your unique style
– Custom sizing may be available upon request
– The more characters in your title, the smaller the font will be. Smaller fonts are more fragile
– Please make sure to follow the instructions when placing your order. Failure to do so may result in a delay or cancellation, as I am a one person shop and need to begin orders ahead of time to meet shipment deadlines
Character Limits for Badge Buddies with Charms:
– Max 10 characters including spaces for Horizontal
– Max 5 characters including spaces for Vertical
(The charm reduces the available space for text compared to my standard badge buddy listings.)
Charm Placement:
– Charm shapes are typically placed on the left side of the text
– Some shapes may be placed on the right if they visually balance better
– The cat charm is always placed on the right side due to the tail design

– By placing your order, you agree to all shop policies
– The “Badge Buddy Details” graphics in the listing photos include important ordering instructions and policies
– Double check spelling and details, as all badge buddies are made to order and are non refundable and non exchangeable. This includes selecting the wrong size
– Once an order is placed, if you wish to make a change and the order has not been started, I will try my best to accommodate. Once the order has been started, changes can no longer be made
– These are handmade using 3D acrylic and may crack or break if dropped or handled roughly. Due to this, please use care when handling
• Longer titles are more prone to breakage as the letters must be smaller to fit
• Do not leave your badge buddy in a hot car or environment, as this may weaken the adhesive
– Badge buddies do add a little weight to your badge setup due to the acrylic layers
If you are unsure about a color combination, message me before ordering. I’m happy to help! Once your order is placed, I can also provide digital swatches of your selected colors overlapped to help confirm your choice (up to two or three combinations).
