Our shop handcrafts all handmade products within 1 to 4  weeks depending on the item and current order load with smaller non custom items taking less time and large or custom orders taking more time.  Please see our Production Times page for detailed updated information on our lead times.  If you need a rush order, please contact us at to see if we can accommodate you. Rush orders, if accepted, are subject to an overtime fee determined by the product and how quickly you need it. 

Oftentimes, orders process faster than that but we can’t guarantee a faster processing time.

Made to Order vs. Pre-Made

Check a listing carefully to understand if a product is pre-made and ready to ship or if the product is ordered before it’s handmade.

Both are handmade but the pre-made is shipment ready while the made-to-order products take time to be created for you. Larger or custom orders take longer while smaller non-custom orders take less time.

The product(s) you receive might vary slightly from the product picture due to the nature of your product(s) being 100% handmade to order.

Please be aware that wood naturally has defects. Not every board is the same. There may be knots, wood grain and natural imperfections in your wood. Reclaimed wood may have bigger dents, chips, missing chunks, nail holes, and embedded nails. Our products unless otherwise mentioned are meant to be outdoors temporarily for your event, or kept indoors or under a covered porch out of the weather and sun as over extended periods of time, the wood can fade or crack from the weather.

All signs are hand painted unless otherwise requested or specified. Therefore, there may be minor chips, smudges, and imperfections in your paint, this adds to the handmade character of the piece. For more information, please visit our handmade disclaimer page

Care for your new product(s) by:

* Use a gentile duster or cleaning product safe for wood to clean your item if it is wood.

Your product(s) can be damaged if:

* Your item is bumped hard, too much pressure is applied, or is scratched, pine is soft wood, so it will damage from such events.

* Left out in the sun, weather, or for signs, if something is set on top of the sign, or if an abrasive, or strong cleaner is used. We recommend using a duster or wood safe product only. No Oils.

We accept custom orders according to our current workload.

Cost calculations

Standard shipping costs are added into the cost of the product so that there are no surprise charges at checkout. 



Selecting expedited shipping during checkout does not ensure a faster processing time. Your product may still need time to be handmade depending on the item, amount of items, and workload. Please view our production times here for updated information on our lead times.



Orders that are customized to the buyer are not returnable or refundable. This includes completely custom items, or items that are not of the stock colors. Please make sure your information submitted is correct as we will not replace the item free if there is a mistake made by the buyer. Mongrams also fall under this category as there literally hundreds of variations of our monograms. 

Returns are done on a case by case basis as most of the items in the shop are made to order. There will be a 25% restocking fee on returns to cover original shipping costs. You must contact us in order to be approved for a return and refund. Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your item in order to be considered for a return and must be mailed back to us within 7 days. Orders are no longer eligible for a return after this period due to the industry of our items. The cost of shipping from the buyer to our location is the buyer's responsibility. 



Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.

Your refund will be issued once the item arrives in its original condition. There will be a 25% restocking fee on returns. If the item arrives damaged from shipping, the item cost will not be refunded as the item is damaged and not in its original condition. The buyer then would have to contact the shipping company as they would be liable if you purchased shipping insurance and go through the shipping insurance. This is why we always recommend purchasing insurance when sending the package back.

We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Custom items

We only replace personalized items if they are defective or damaged. Please view our handmade disclaimer before determining if your item is in fact defective. If you are exchanging a non personalized item, buyers are responsible for return shipping and the shipping of the new item. If the new item costs more or is no longer on sale, buyers are responsible for the cost difference. If you need to exchange, send us an email at


You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund as a restocking fee. 

Please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
