Shipping policy

All of our products are handmade to order. Processing times vary depending on the time of year and current order volume. For the most up to date production schedule, please visit our Production Time page.

We use USPS for most orders and ship to the address provided at checkout. If you have a PO Box, please ensure it is entered correctly, as USPS delivers to PO Boxes if you have one. We are not responsible for packages shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses, so please double check your information before submitting your order.

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive tracking information to monitor delivery. Please keep an eye on your tracking details and arrange to retrieve your package promptly once it’s delivered. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages once the carrier marks them as delivered.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply to resend it. Shipping upgrades such as USPS Priority Mail may be available at checkout for faster transit times, but this does not affect the stated production time.
